About the Author

Noelle Webb is an author, a teacher, a passionate speaker, and the intrepid crusader who blew the whistle on pharmaceutical corruption, exposing fraudulent opioid marketing practices that contributed to the national crisis. Her decade-long legal battle with Big Pharma coincided with her family’s struggle with addiction—giving her a rare dual perspective on the personal and systemic toll of the epidemic. Today she is an advocate for whistleblower protections, judicial reform, and compassionate addiction recovery. 

Noelle’s unique combination of life experiences and skills come together in ‘Leash of Courage’ dedicated to healing and rebuilding resilience through the power of the human-canine bond. She holds a master’s degree from Bergin University of Canine Studies, is a certified professional dog trainer, and a service dog trainer.
